Writing

I very rarely get a chance to write in my blog anymore. Life has taken a turn toward the busy. I miss it. I miss sharing my day to day life… just taking the time to stop and think through where we have been.

This is fall break for the kids. Meg and Jordan are taking turns hanging out with various relatives while we work. Katheryn is in New York City with one of her best friends. She is going to see Wicked on Broadway tonight. I am so excited for her.

Last month, a sad thing happened. We lost three friends in a car accident. My friend lost three of those that she loves most. Her Brother, her husband and her young daughter (who was only a month younger than Jordan)….. I can’t imagine.

These things… I haven’t been able to think through let alone write about. Someday… someday I will write about how all that made me feel, but not today.

Today I just wanted to take a couple minutes during my lunch break and start the process of putting down my words. Start the process of trying to get back to where I was on sharing my day in my blog.

I wont promise to get back to writing everyday… but I will promise to try and write weekly if not more often.
